Inner Fire Meditation

Do this process during the month of February for cleansing and rejuvenation

  1. Do a deep relaxation
  2. Visualize, or imagine that the sun is shining outwards in all directions from deep within your naval region.
  3. Allow this light to get brighter, stronger and larger with every breath. Notice how you feel both energetically and physically as your inner sun strengthens.
  4. Allow the sun to continue to expand and emanate outward throughout your entire body and the space around your body. Notice again how this feels and what subtle changes you notice.
  5. Continue feeling your inner sun emanating and growing out of your belly. Imagine, visualize and intend that this light is energizing, rejuvenating and purifying every cell, organ and atom in your body as well your aura. Consciously expand the sun and expand your aura outward. Consciously circulate the light emanating from your belly throughout your body. Stay in this meditation for a few moments.
  6. Gradually allow the light to settle now. See and feel it recede back into your belly in an easy and natural way leaving your sacral chakra open or closed to a comfortable level. When you’re ready ground, center and open your eyes.
