Mystic Showers Meditation

  1. Sit or lie in a comfortable position. Clear your mind of all thoughts
  2. Imagine that you are in a beautiful spot in nature with a clear view of the sky. Use all your senses in your visualization including sight, smell. sound and feeling. Notice it is warm and comfortable and beautiful beyond measure. There may be the sounds of birds over head and the feeling of gentle warm breezes. Allow yourself to relax even further.
  3. Notice that there is a bright golden overcast with a golden sun shining through. See golden light everywhere. Start to feel a gentle warm rain fall. Allow yourself to relax even further.
  4. Allow the warm golden rain to get heavier and allow each drop that falls on your skin to make you feel happy, warm and energized as it cleanses all unwanted energy off of you. Feel the rain get harder and heavier until you start to feel soaked, yet warm and comfortable. Know that this rain is cleansing you on all levels. Feel the rain continue to wash over you and further cleanse you. Notice as this happens you start to feel lighter, clearer and happier.
  5. When you are ready allow the rain to stop and notice that you feel dry almost immediately. Ground and Center yourself and open your eyes when you are ready.
